SUMMARY:Stanly County Concert Association presents the Blackwater Band
DESCRIPTION:The Blackwater Band is in their eleventh year and based out of Clarkton\, NC. They play Top 40\, Blues\, Funk and Country and are dedicated to live performance and making every event a party experience.
