Courtyard & Garden Tour of Stanly County

Across Stanly County the arrival of spring brings an explosion of floral landscapes and the return of outdoor living. To celebrate the beauty and rich history of Albemarle and Stanly County, The Stanly County Historical Society will host a benefit Courtyard & Garden Tour on April 30th from 10:00 – 4:00. The public is invited to tour the two historic houses owned and operated by the Stanly County Historical Society. The 1852 Isaiah Snuggs House and the Freeman-Marks House will be decorated for the holiday season. Seven themed Christmas trees and period collectibles will be displayed. Evening candlelight tours are set for Saturdays, Dec 4 & 11, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Admission is free.
