A FREE event open to the public to learn more about the arts in Stanly County. Stanly County Concert Association presents S.O.A.R Jazz Group

Award-Winning Jazz Duo: Sounds of A&R Awarded and named “Best Jazz Group” at the 2019 New York City Reader’s Jazz Awards, the husband and wife duo known as Sounds of A&R, or S.O.A.R. It is the brainchild of vocalist April May Webb and trumpeter and multi-instrumental professional Randall Haywood.
