Calendar of events Delivery dates: • Saturday, March 18th, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Show opens: • Wednesday, March 22nd – 12:00 PM Awards and art pickup: • Saturday, April 1st, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Categories and Awards Both 2-D & 3-D art will be accepted & judged in this show. Youth Art Show & Competition

This is an event for artists ages 9 to 17. Art take-in will be Saturday, 8/20, 10am-2pm at the Stanly Arts Guild, 330-C N 2nd Street in Albemarle. The show prospectus will be posted on the Guild website, www.stanlyartsguild.com, and will be available in the Stanly Arts Guild store. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. The show will run August 24th thru September 3rd. All forms of art, 2-D & 3-D, will be accepted.

Cups for the Cure

Donate your artistically decorated bra for auction to raise funds to support the free mammogram program at Stanly Health Foundation. Bra submission will take place September 30th & October 1st – new bras only please! The bras will be put up for silent auction to the public and half of the funds raised will be donated to the Stanly Health Foundation to support their free mammogram program for women who are uninsured or unable to afford them.
