Stanly Arts Guild From Our Hands… Holiday Craft Show

It’s our annual Holiday Craft Show with multiple vendors selling handmade items for all your holiday gift needs! The show will run from Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 thru Saturday, January 4th, 2025. Everything you need, from small gifts under $10 to large works of art, all in one place. Nothing says you appreciate someone like a one of a kind, handmade gift they will cherish for years to come. Our hours are Wednesday, 12-4, Thursday & Friday, 11-6, and Saturday, 10-2.

Charlotte Symphony presents “How We Got Here: A Journey through Sound & Time”

We are excited to announce that in celebration of our 50th Anniversary, the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra will grace the stage at the Stanly County Agri-Civic Center (26032 Newt Rd, Albemarle, NC) for a full length evening performance on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 7:00 pm with the “How We Got Here:  A Journey through Sound & Time.” This program will include selections by classic masters of Bach, Mozart and Beethoven, as well as favorites by Tchaikovsky, John Philip Sousa, Copland, Duke Ellington, and John Williams, as well as a few more surprises.
